At Rawla Anand we pride ourselves in our food. The recipes, like our bloodline, is influenced by varied Pan Indian techniques. A lot of our cooking is outdoors, in front of our guests. All the our produce is self cultivated and/or foraged from the countryside. As hosts, we invite you to our home to experience a gastronomical extravaganza of an exotic meal made up entirely of centuries old family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation and that have made us the envy of other noble families of the region. Many of these were game recipes that we have adapted to meats that can be legally procured since hunting is banned. The vegetarian delicacies are mostly comprised of organically grown produce or ingredients foraged from the wild.
